Free ShippingThe Tahoe above ground pool models all are stronger empty than many other above ground pools are when they’re full. The top rails are a true 8” across when measuring from edge to edge. Other manufacturers that claim to be 8” wide are measuring around the circumference of the top rail. If the Tahoe top rails were measured using the same method, they would be over 12” wide.

The pool liners that come standard in the Tahoe models are True 15 mil liners, not gauge.
Why does that matter? Gauge is a matter of subjection and any manufacturer can set their gauge to be whatever suits their marketing needs. Mil is an exact international measurement for measuring thickness. This measurement is truly done using a micrometer. All of the liners pre-packaged with the CaliMar® pools are a True 15 Mil Thickness. CaliMar pool liners are about 20% heavier than other liners on the market because of the true nature of the virgin vinyl material and zero use of plasticizers and fillers.
