U.S. MOTORS® provides a two-year warranty from date of manufacture or one year from date of installation - whichever occurs first.

First Character - X - This character represents possible plant codes that mean nothing to the manufacturing date (may or may not exist after 2008).
Second Character - A - This character represents the month in which the motor was built. The letter "I" is skipped in the alphabet.
A=January B=February C=March D=April .... L=November M=December
Third/Fourth Character - 07 - These characters represent the year the motor was built.
05=2005 06=2006 07=2007 08=2008 ....
Fifth Character - X - This character represents possible plant codes that mean nothing to the manufacturing date.
